Stratum Labs takes the security of client data and systems seriously. As an AI advisory firm, we handle sensitive business information and maintain rigorous security practices throughout every engagement.

Data Handling

• Client data is accessed only within the scope of agreed engagements
• All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.2+
• We do not retain client data beyond the engagement period unless explicitly agreed
• Access to client systems is revoked immediately upon engagement completion

AI & Model Security

• We do not train third-party models on client data
• All AI workflows are designed with data isolation and access controls
• We evaluate and document the security posture of any AI tools recommended to clients

Infrastructure

• Our infrastructure uses industry-standard security configurations
• Regular security reviews and dependency audits
• Multi-factor authentication enforced on all internal systems
